About Parksville Septic Systems

What we do

Some weeks that's a single pump-out; other weeks it's a full Type 2 or Type 3 going into a difficult lot. Every finished job gets filed with Island Health.
Built for Oceanside conditions
Oceanside ground goes from sand and gravel that drains beautifully, to low lots near French Creek and the Englishman River where winter water sits high, to thin soil over rock on the Nanoose Bay peninsula. Out on the acreages around Coombs and Errington we lay the drain field to clear each property's well setbacks. No two of these lots want the same system, and we don't give them one.

Where the job needs a filing, we file the design with Island Health before we dig, and we send in the Letter of Certification when we're finished — that's the paperwork that lets you use the system.
